  The Boundary Mural project is putting new art planters in front of homes, businesses and in parks. The planter project is part of the third annual Boundary Block Party. The Boundary Block Party is an annual event to bring together Upton, Bolton Hill and Sandtown to strengthen and unify Central West Baltimore. At the block party attendees painted and decorated the flower pots with word and symbols representing what they want for their community.
