Pagan Sonnet

  Pagan Sonnet is a series of installation references the grave and dealing with the materiality of death. The first is a whole filled with water and dead leaves. A blank slab of plaster floats near the surface of the water. The series is inspired by poem "Pagan Sonnet" by Patrick Nagle. The last lines of the poem read:

Unlike you, Sparrow I shall lie in state. In this cold air, like you, I praise my fate.
